My girls have been training at Doggpound MMA for about 2 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The training has helped them excel not only in martial arts but in other sports as well. They’ve grown stronger, more confident, and have built so many great friendships along the way. This gym is amazing, it offers so many classes and provides a family feeling. My son has been going here for more than 2 years and he absolutely loves their taekwondo class! It teaches them discipline and values beyond any other gym I have been a part of. They take their time to really teach necessary skills for defence and builds fighters for purpose!!!

My 5-year-old has been coming here since he was 4 and we absolutely love it! The gym is huge—honestly the nicest MMA facility I’ve seen. My son is in the Lil Ninjas class where they learn taekwondo. But they don’t just do taekwondo here, but also jujitsu, kickboxing, and even fitness classes (many parents signup for fitness classes). There is something for all ages, small kids, teenagers and adults. They even have a Fighting team and host fighting events! This place is the real deal! The owner and the other coaches are extremely experienced and knowledgable in their Art and amazing with kids. My son has gotten more disciplined, grown so much in confidence and skills since starting, and he always looks forward to class. My 3 kids have been at Doggpound for 3 years. What truly sets Master Mignon apart is he cares about his students, he treats them like family, and ensures they are prepared mentally and physically to conquer whatever comes their way. He instills a sense of pride and responsibility in every student teaching them to honour every belt rank, both at school and in the broader community (home and school). I’m so happy to be a part of the Doggpound Family! It’s been such a great way for my boys to burn off extra energy while learning a valuable life skill. The entire team goes above and beyond, providing confidence-building lessons that stick with the kids both inside and outside the gym.
