At Doggpound MMA, our Adult Boxing program focuses on technical striking, defensive movement, and physical conditioning — helping you train like an athlete while building real-world skills. Whether you’re a beginner learning the fundamentals or an experienced boxer refining your craft, our classes deliver results for all levels.
Our coaches are Boxing Ontario–registered, ensuring that every session meets the highest standards for safety, technique, and athlete development. Students have the opportunity to progress toward sparring and competitive boxing under structured guidance, with training rooted in discipline and respect.
